Jenny Kantor - Senior Vice President, Reputation & Advisory, Edelman Los Angeles

Jenny Kantor has over fifteen years consulting experience, specializing in corporate positioning, media relations, thought leadership, employee engagement, issues management, and business transformation communications.  She creates communications programs that help organizations build reputations, manage transitions and align around a strategic vision. Jenny has supported communications efforts for clients across multiple sectors including higher education, financial services, technology, BtoB, financial services, retail and health/wellness. Jenny has been with Edelman for ten years and during this time her clients have included industry leading organizations such as Comcast NBCUniversal, Mattel, ADP, ADT, MWV (WestRock) and University of Phoenix.

She recently led the corporate and CEO positioning for Mattel, supporting its transformation to become an IP-driven, high-performing toy company, securing top-tier profile opportunities at Fortune BrainstormTech, LA Times and Fortune magazine. She also ran an integrated program to promote Comcast NBCUniversal’s approach for revolutionizing HR and employee benefits, overseeing a multimillion dollar campaign that spanned employee engagement, research, strategic counsel, executive positioning, speech development, media support and creative positioning. Most recently, she’s overseen a purpose-driven campaign for the University of Phoenix, helping the institution build trust through impactful, societal activations aimed at breaking down barriers to career progression through strategic partnerships and thought leadership.

Jonathan Jordan, General Manager, Edelman Southern California 

Over the span of Jonathan’s career, he has advised over 80 companies and brands in areas of Communications, Business Transformation and D&I advisory. He specializes in helping companies to inspire minds, mobilize hearts and change behaviors through communications, marketing and change management.


Jonathan has partnered with many of the world’s leading brands on communications strategy, organizational transformation activation,
and crisis, multicultural and M&A communications. Prior to joining Edelman, Jonathan was a principal in the Organizational Effectiveness practice at Slalom Consulting. There, he helped to pioneer a “change as a platform” enterprise framework and delivery team effectiveness maturity model. Before this, Jonathan oversaw large-scale change management programs while at Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice, organized artist marketing campaigns while at Tommy Boy Entertainment and began his career as a human capital consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
