Carl J Gist Jr is a consultant and Director of Entertainment Initiatives for the LA Urban League.  His background in public policy, project management, strategic planning and program development spans over 15 years. Gist utilizes his core competencies to create transformative solutions to entertainment industry accessibility problems caused by the lack of diversity and inclusion. 

Gist is a graduate of the nation’s largest HBCU, N.C A&T, with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
