David is attending Vassar College and used his scholarship money for books, tuition, travel expenses, and room and board. This is what David wants to share with LA5: 

"This year I joined a non-profit organization that is very political and social justice driven. I was the finance chair of it so I definitely had new experiences that made me grow as a person. I was able to learn so much from my peers and teach them of what I knew as well. It was a great experience and I'm excited to continue working with them this upcoming year."
