Carol is a student at University of California Irvine and she used her scholarship money to help pay for rent and books. This is what Carol wants to share with LA5: 

"I just got accepted to be a board member for a charity that I have been working with for 2 years! Super exciting because I am very passionate about denting poverty in the Middle East and Africa! I also got my first 4.0 last quarter which was super amazing!"
