Jim Zenner is the Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, appointed in August 2022.
As Director, Zenner oversees programs including the Veteran Peer Access Network (VPAN), dedicated divisions for homeless services and justice‑involved veterans, and co‑founded the Warrior Heritage Foundation (WHF) — a public‑private partnership elevating veterans into leadership roles across the county.
He also plays a prominent role in shaping veteran policy at the state and national levels.
