For this Thanksgiving season, volunteers can register to sort, organize and pack fresh produce and dry/canned goods to create grocery bags for A Place Called Home families. APCH will then distribute the packed bags, turkeys and additional bags of Thanksgiving meal staples to the community. Volunteers will also be able to choose to support setup, facilitation and breakdown of the APCH annual Thanksgiving event that includes the following for families within the APCH community--- distribution of hundreds of turkeys, bags of Thanksgiving meal staples, and bags of groceries!

Three Volunteer Shift Descriptions are as follows (Volunteers have the option to choose shifts):

-10 am to 12 pm: Sorting, organizing and packing fresh produce and dry/canned goods to create grocery bags as part of a weekly initiative that provides food for APCH families

-2 pm to 5 pm OR 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm: Supporting setup, facilitation and breakdown of an event that shares Thanksgiving dinner and a turkey/grocery distribution for families within the APCH community.
