As you can see, we have renamed dues plans for LA5, and sure you have some questions!

Hopefully your questions will be answered here...

Why the new plans?

In order to continue supporting LA5 and its operations, the Board has agreed to implement a new dues structure designed to drive weekly program attendance with a cost-effective default dues plan (formerly All-Inclusive or Meals Only plan); that also covers our minimum lunch commitments at the California Club as an added benefit.

This plan, payable either monthly or annually, covers what was once three individual items: annual dues, lunch, and parking for the entire Rotary year!

What are the other plans?

  • Rotary LA 5 Dues (formerly the "All-Inclusive" plan), payable either monthly or annually, covers what was once three individual items: annual dues, lunch, and parking for the entire Rotary year!
  • The Meals Only plan is really for members who need to have their dues paid separately (i.e. company pay dues, member pays lunches, etc.).
  • The Legacy Dues (formerly "Pay As You Go") is the old plan to which current members may be grandfathered.

How does the Spouse/Partner option work?

For $399/year or an additional $34/month, you can add your spouse or partner to your LA5 Membership! Note that this fee does not include meals or other expenses at LA5 events.

I walk to meetings/I don't need parking to be paid for.

The new All-Inclusive and Meals Only plans have been carefully considered to coverthe Club's costs for dues, lunch, and parking together; they cannot be broken apart.

What happened to Non-Diner options?

Unfortunately, to start this Rotary year, we cannot support a non-diner option for lunches. Once we have a better idea on how strong lunch attendance is to cover lunch minimum requirements at the California Club, we will revisit non-diner plans.
